Why 6.48b?? Mirana is invulnerable here..(leap). Also puck and bristleback are powerful

Because 6.48b is the current stable map. Until Icefrog has stabilised the latest 6.49 series (which won't happen for a long time now) it cannot be used for competitive games. The new items can present bug problems (hitherto not reported) and we already know of a serious bug abuse in 6.49b.
