Actually another reason I posted this is just so that in case my other hosting website crashes I still can salvage some of my old sigs for memories.

@marcus(I hope i got that right): Heh, pen tool eh. Used to love it. Um, as I said some time ago, the best tutorials are available on the internet, you just gotta know where to find them. http://www.deviantart.com is my source. If you think I'm good, they're at least 2 times better(well, many of them).

And the version of photoshop doesn't matter much.. what matters is what you do with it Vectors are hard, some people are content with just getting vector brushes, good for those who gotta get the job done but you really won't learn much.

@Reaper: Bleh a lot of my c4ds were given by close friends, I could never get them right. But how to apply a c4d on your sig also takes some effort. right thing for the right time. Usually can be used to give out motion effects. Custom filters? Yes, custom gradients are very useful when you wish to use an effect again. Just save a gradient color you like..simple. As for plugins..hmm, don't fancy em much.

My assasin one as in 'Vengeance'? Well then, actually that one was using a very simple smudge brush, just one with frayed ends. Then I added some glow brushes and made the glow more using the effects photoshop can give. It was smudged from the original Stock(as in whole picture), not render.. For the blue one I just adjusted the color levels bar.

Lol probably not. But Reaper is your best bet as of right now.

Lol the pen what? wheres that...OK so i know what the pen tool is but have honestly not used it yet - although i have seen a nice effect you can do with it - What you using it for Markues?

@ Elementalist: there is a sig request thread - but if we keep it on the down low i could sneak you in - want to give me an outline of something or let me experiment? All i need to know really is if you have a war3 pic preference or if any render is ok to use

@ Markues: just downloaded 400 megs of brushes, a few fonts, tons of c4d's "they look so imba if used right and its my mission now too learn", and the odd render

My latest experiment with new brushes - clouds,rain, and trees

Edited: New Brush, New Style, Needs work.....

I'm using the pen tool to make my own renders from pics, make vector images, etc.

Ummmmm I like your newest sigs. Only thing I want to say about them is you make awesome backgrounds n stuff, but you just stick the render on top. Find a way to put stuff in front of the render to make it more a part of the image. BTW I'm working on that too >_> Overall awesome though BTW I like the little spider insignia you made :P

Thanks i'll take that into consideration, i was reading about flow and stuff while making the last one so was focusing on that while doing the background - render was abit of an after thought - lol

Haha nice. The render does flow into the pic well though, especially her sword O.o

I'll give you links and what not when we have our meeting

Some new ones:

I use a program call terragen to created the mountain and sorta went from there

Not the expected outcome but a grunge effect type sig i guess

Trying new things and styles

Took a break(ish) from photoshop and dota for a few days to enjoy the last bits of summer. Now I'm back with with my first sig since the break and with Photoshop CS3 in the mail to my house. And it's for massive_Gunz.
