lmao if u say basher is good on vs, no offense, but u are a noob. Here is why you don't need it:
1)Your attack speed just isn't fast enough
2)Only 30 attack from basher, other items can give u a lot more with a better effect
3)The percent is only 10% because she is ranged
4)It DOES stop channeling/casting time spells, but MKB is far better since it gives 45 more damage, and 20% more to mini-stun for 75 more damage than a silly ranged bash

out 3 i owned 2 ^_^

id rather go for deso + assult cuirass, basher/s are waste of slot, it only gives 34 damage [correct me if im mistaken] and it lowered the percentage of bash,

i personally don't like bashers on vengeful but some "noobs" like to put it on her,soooo just let them be(no offense to those who put bashers on vengeful)
