manta is horrible for vs because vs is the 2nd or the slowest attack speed hero in the game.

not really

not all manta users are meant to do DPS ,personally, i get it sometimes for the purge as it goes well with my 3 bracers build and ward spamming

I was more focusing on the manaburning side of it - less attacks = less mana burned thats all
