Everybody is favorite except Ezalor(darn i never been good with him). But my newest favorite would be Puck.

He is almost impossible to pawn 1vs1, and with good gank, mid game you can double kill. You know the gg combo, R+E+W+C, ggg...

my fav is omniknight...alwaysss...
bcoz hes the best supporter....
and the best killer....
the best tanker....
and also the best hunter....
in short...hes the best among the rest!(4 me)

coz if he decided 2 fight u theres no purpose on running!!

i would say my favorite would be...kardel sharpeye,..why?!,..cuz' he's awesome,...especially assassinate and scatter shot,... Confident

I can only answer per hero type, as to choose one would be ludicrously hard, or i'd just be lying...
So my fav heroes AT THE MOMENT are:
STR - Dragon Knight (Almost impossible to kill with right items)
AGI - Brood (Been playing a lot of 1 vs 1 with her lately Very Happy

)
INT - Puck (Enough said this hero is AWESOME!)

I must say Pudge. When you learn how to manage the hook; you can't grow tired of using it. And when you get those incredible hooks, damn, it feels so good.
I've been banned two times for maphacking 'cause of the hook. x'3

mine is viper and pit lord
viper is slower, annoying to your enemies and can give you an easy kill
pit lord a insane farmer, 1 cast of firestorm(lvl3 or lvl4) the whole creep wave are yours!!!!
