nopeeeeeeeeeee,its not a bug manavoid cant be blocked by linkens sphere maybeee becauseee its only magina's targeted skill so... if they try to block it magina would be useless you just have to buy linken's thats it to counter magina but maybe dota didnt want that cause nobody will play magina
so thats maybe why manavoid cant be blocked by linken

laguna blade finger of death viper strike etc. etc. etc. are all normal wc3 spells. mana void is NOT it works with a trigger. the ministun can be blocked because it works with storm bolt (0.01 ministun) but the damage is equal to mana lost wich works with a trigger. linkens is based on amulet of magic resistance (or somethin like that) wich is also a normal wc3 spell and it was designed to block spells every 30 sec (normal wc3 spells so not mana void but laguna blade does get blocked)
