wat is orb effect?? how does it work.
does it stack.......??
are they stoppable?

Advice for you...Did you use the search forum tool?
I remember a certain mod had Table of orb effects...was is Caspian?

Lists of Orb:

Maim : % chance to *maim* a target reducing the target aspd n ms
Lifesteal :You basically get a portion of the damage you dealt to the target in the form of hp (VLADS IS NOT AN ORB)
Corruption:Lower armour by 6
Mana Burn : Your normal atks can burn mana (amount of mana burned read description of skill and item that you are using)
Orb Chain Lightning:(NOT THE HERO SKILL) $ to procure a chain lightning that does MAGICAL 150 dmg,hits 3 targets nearby (the target and any 2 units next to it)
SKADI: RANGE SKADI IS NOT AN ORB!!! Melee skadi makes your normal atk a frost atk that does -20% ASPD -30% MS lasts 3 seconds on meleee,2 seconds on ranged

Since RANGE SKADI IS NOT AN ORB
Lifesteal + range skadi for example does work

3rd question i shall not answer due to insufficient knowledge

So can you have two items that both are orb effect and they still work. For example Maim and Lifesteal. would they both work at the same time.Or corruption and Skadi?

Maim on LS? I tried S&Y on Kardel once.. Placed my LS on top and my S&Y @ bottom.. Though it's a chance.. Our end-game lasted 15mins and not a single maim.. Care to elaborate your claim?
