I guess you have to convince them first that follying is fun. Maybe you'll have to prove to them with conviction that it's cool to dress up as somebody else, for example (?). It need not be 18th century clothes, maybe like J-anime characters? Just some suggestions from one who is not that experienced in follying, though.

When does it stop being partly cloudy and start being partly sunny?

Why do they call steam rollers, steam rollers? They don't produce, get rid of, or have anythong to do with steam.

Where do people in Hell tell other people to go?

Can you cry under water?

How many golf balls can fit in a school bus?

According to dictionary.reference.com, steam rollers are

a type of vehicle driven by steam, with wide and heavy wheels for flattening the surface of newly-made roads etc
