Who are all the users that have been banned and what were they banned for? (you may combine multiple accounts by the same user for purposes of being banned for multiple accounts)

question adressed to caspian and to anybody else who want to share their view...pls bear with the long introduction because its necessary.
our dog just died.she's been with us for about six years and cant help feeling sad.we had the feeling that she was gonna die very soon but i had taken for granted those days which she'd stand outside the door waiting for her food or when she is simply walking around the house as if her presence was just a background like the trees and the wind were.only my father was abe to be there by her side during her last moments in this world...
and finally for my question: do you believe that animals have souls? or at least those which humans have given love and care?my friends just told me to pray when i asked them.perhaps they are not so sure what to say.
i'm kind of hoping i can see our dog again and pet her again to let her know everything's ok.that she need not be afraid...
if you think otherwise its ok...but please be gentle i'm grieving right now.thanks

lupeman is just a member that's all. Nothing wrong with him.

Secondly, there's definitely a very compelling reason why someone is banned. We take action because we have to, not because we really want to. It's there for last resorts. Nobody is happy about banning people. Therefore I don't really think it's necessary to talk about it.

Chen is fast becoming another hot favourite after the introduction of new neutrals. He's also a better jungler than Rexxar because he can use neutrals to tank for him. Third, it suits your purpose of using necronomicon. Next question :

What efficiency would Hand of Midas give you? On what time of the game would this item be cost-efficient still? Would it help you farm for your next items or will it just delay your item build? Tell me all about Hand of Midas in your own opinion.

Farming efficiency? Isn't that obvious?

WRT Midas time vs cost efficiency is relative. It is cost-efficient when you finally earn back what you invested in it. But how depends on the way you used the item.

Like I say Midas is about farming efficiency. It accelerates farming by a large degree, even more so when now there's so many heroes adept at last-hitting and the map has gold everywhere. From personal experience it can be shown that adept Midas players often farm more items at the end of the game than those who aren't. Apart from last-hitting Midas is the greatest farming tool. Nope, Battlefury, Radiance and Maelstrom don't count.

No, spamming isn't allowed in etc. or anywhere else for that matter. It's in the rules

No, you cannot use a period before a question mark. You can use one of the two but not one before the other.

Plate Armor is usually thicker, bulkier and heavier than a cuirass which is lighter and worn under the platemail as far as I know as a last line of protection.
