what are their avantage and disavantage?

I hear Undead is very good for rushing? But they need the blight to build bases so their base is equally vulnerable to rushing? Just an opinion.

Humans have the best siege stuff.
Orcs have good defenses.
Night Elves get lots of lumber cause they odn't kill trees.
Undead are fast at building mass armies(skeletons)

i find the undead generally harder 2 fight 1v1 because their heros have beta 'targetting' spells and often do massive damage to ur heros. the humans and sentinal in particular have heros with spells mainly assosciated with 'helping' their team....aoe type stuff. once ur hero is low hp the pressure builds

I think Human spellcaster units (Sorceress, Spellbreaker) have stronger spells vs the other spellcasters. EG Polymorph, Slow, the take-away-buffs-and-put-it-on-your-unit spell.

u reli need 2 just test them out. dota is very 'trial and error' - try out different heroes until u find one that suits u. everyone is noob at the start

Orc have alot of grunt and sheer damage, while they lack spell casters (Only have witch docters and the other guy)
They also have troll bat riders, Excellent for takign out buildings,
You also have the noob Blade master Rush. :L
Owns noobs.
Ww and kill other teams peons or what ever.

Night Elf:
Great race, Invis units you should use to your advantge, making your other team feel like they have a chance, great anbushers, have alot of morphing units, can play a good rush... if your good, like go and put some ancient protectors at there base lol, it rapes.

Human, balance with lot of magic.
Orc, brute strengh and the best ground unit.
Undead, strange but powerful.

A lot can be learned from a race from the Auras they have.
Humans:
-Archmage's Brilliance Aura means nearly infinite spells from their casters.
-Their units also have particularly high base armor, even more so with Paladin's Devotion Aura.
-Their bases are tough to take down, since their buildings have high HP and armor.
-They are known for their fast expansions, since only they have the ability to accelerate their buildings' build time with several workers.
-Their siege is also excellent, Mortar Teams have the highest damage among siege units(IIRC) while the Siege Engine is one tough cookie to crack.
-Humans are said to have the best tri-hero combo with Archmage providing mana, Paladin for healing, and Mountain King as damage dealer.
-Humans have the easiest way of both providing invisibility and detecting invisibility.
-Most likely to tower rush.
-Human units, however, have lower maximum HP when compared to other races.
-Spells are the center of their army, so anti-caster spells can be devastating to them.
Orcs:
-They revel in hand-to-hand combat, their units have high HP, and the Endurance Aura of the Tauren chieftain is designed to get up close and personal while dishing out plenty of damage, courtesy of the Kodo Beast's War Drums Aura.
-Bloodlust is one of, if not the best buff in the game.
-Their units are hard to take down with Spirit Link, Healing Wards and Healing Wave.
-Far Seer's lvl 3 Far Sight is almost equivalent to maphack.
-Troll Batriders serve as good base harassment or clear the skies for the Orcs' superior ground forces.
-Peons have relatively low resource-gathering capabilities.
-Unreliable dispel spells.
Night Elves:
-PotM's Trueshot Aura enhances ranged attacks while KotG's Thorns hurts melee attackers.
-Huntresses are the best Tier 1 unit when combined with Trueshot Aura.
-Entangling Roots can net you a lot of early unit-kills.
-Most buildings can attack and move.
-They see far at night with Ultravision upgrade.
-Moon Wells have healing.
-Shadowmeld can save a lot of your units.
-Very vulnerable to early rushes.
-Slow resource gathering.
-Relatively weak siege capabilities without Chimeras.
Undead:
-Death Knight's Unholy Aura combined with Dreadlord's Vampiric Aura makes units hard to kill.
-Necromancer's Raise Dead makes your army huge.
-Tough bases with lots of towers and blight regenerating defenders, nearly impossible to take down without siege.
-Death Coil+Frost Nova= Excellent hero-killing potential.
-Frost Nova+Impale+Carrion Swarm= AoE ownage.
-Unholy Frenzy+Frost Wyrms= WTF?
-Unreliable dispel
-Blight is restrictive on build area and regeneration.
-Acolytes are few, and killing them can be harmful to Undead economy.
