this would make the whole game a little imba I think, it almost makes PA's ulti irrelevent

You can either lower the chance, or lower the critical multiplier..

PA's critical chance is 15%, at level 16, it deals 4x damage. On the other hand, CB's critical chance is 10%, at the tiem you get this item, PA can own you, anytime if ur' AR is high! or you lack agility.

If you want this skill to be balanced, you can make the chance to 4-8%, or reduce the critical damage to 2.?.

Yeah, but for the critical, not lower than 2.0!

how bout lowering the multipler to 2 and keep the same 10%

Lower the multiplier !!!
Buriza is more costlier and it gives 2.2x.
3.5 is too much.
