i have seen this bug when i used first used lion on 6.54b the bug with animation of impale with lion maybe its the same only because even lion casts impale on a hero or opponents creep lion can normally attack the the impaled target on the air. but off course if there are creeps on the side of lion and if the opponent hero don't have creeps with him well suppose the hero will take much damage... the game would not be perfect there would always be some bugs every other then they release new versions...

it could be just an animation issue, the same thign happens with omniknight exept no extended stun.

the aniamtion of flying up into the air cant happen becasue drgaonknight is flying as a dragon duh...

and when omniknight cast's guardian all the players get the effect of flight.

i dont ened a replkay becasue its a common occurance :s
