but it will only affect the game in 2 ways.

if you have 2-3 meat waggons attacking. or that lane is unprotected.

yeah it's only 20 dmg but 20 dmg per succesful attack. If noone gets there quick it could be the difference of destroying the tower or not.
yeah i know it's not THAAAAT imbalanced but nevertheless this should be fixed.
Btw, I'm playing scourge too, god damn do i hate sentinel Wink

people are concerned by the heroes but if you see that creeps have manifested a push in one lane, you distract them in another.

Nice observation there. Really, all Icefrog will do is reposition the towers. Scourge is kinda hit with disadvantage there.
