Uhm... Yes when u put repel to counter his frostmorne ur not gonna be able to heal 2 ur self while abadon has his aphotic shield to blck ur attck!! If u dont use ur repel ur gona lose to him becoz of his frostmourne so....GG!!

Like what coco says, don't post these kind of threads. If you want to compare heroes, compare their qualities and their weaknesses. No, don't pit them in a 1v1. DotA has 1v1 oriented heroes and the matchup may always be unfair. Other heroes may be more team oriented and in a normal 5v5 game be infinitely more powerful. So no, 1v1 does not constitute a fair basis for gauging a hero's strength.

Omniknight is better. Because his skillset is more powerful than abaddon's.

maybe you can think when 5vs5 on late game, they meet in the jungle and no allies could help because they are too far away, how bout that? and i say maybe omniknight could own abaddon

Why do you have to pit two heroes against each other just because they're the same character in the campaign?

Theoretically, Omniknight would win. Repel doesn't protect you from Frostmourne AFAIK.

It depends upon the user. There's a possibility that Abbadon would win. BUT, there's also a possibility that Omniknight can win.

As awlys the players and the sittuation will decide.
Omni can't heal himseltf wile having repel on...
And abbandon didn't lose his popularity....
These are 2 VERY similar heroes (they both have slow,an heal,an protection,an skill that dose 2 things and one is to dmg,an ultimate that makes you near invurnerable) just one is an sentinel,the other an scourge hero....kinda like QoP and Puck....
Plz don't compare heroes that do almost the same thing

they are basically the same... both have heal..slow..nearly indistructible unlti just like Vakman said...
so it is depend on the player and their item..
