Description:
A powerful staff that binds the power of the four elements into one.


+30 damage
30% increased attack speed
+10 to each attribute


Judgement (orb, passive)-

On each attack, there is a 25%+5X% (50% max) chance that one of the following will happen:
(fire) cast a fireball, dealing 50 pure damage
(earth) reduce target's armor by 3 for 5 seconds
(water) reduce target's base speed by 35 for 3 seconds
(air) reduce target's accuracy by 20% for 10 seconds

Also, there is a 2X% (10% max) chance that when Judgement is triggered, all four effects will go off at once.

Discussion:


Ok, the first bonuses are pretty self-explanatory...it basically gives you everything 4 quarterstaves will give you but adds an extra 10 to each attribute (removed 10 form attack speed and damage increase since you get the bonuses from agility gain and one of the attributes anyway).

Judgement - You get a decent chance that a useful effect will pop out...with fire, a fireball will replace the graphics for the normal attack and deal pure (no reduction) damage, earth will change color of normal attack to green and reduce armor, water will change the color of normal attack color to blue and slow base movement speed, air will change color of normal attack color to light gray and reduce accuracy. And finally, the combo attack will change the normal attack color to a black fireball and inflict all four elemental effects to the target.

(By "attack color" I mean simply changing the tint of what your regular attack is - for example Bane's is purple - to that color...the only one with a major graphics change is the fireball and the combo.)

That's about it...AGI heroes will probably benefit most from this since they have very fast attack speed, but other than that it should be good on just about anybody.

Buffed the item quite a bit by doubling the percentages for both effects at lvl 25 (they increase gradually to that point though).

Interesting item imo, and def. doesn't lose late game potential, in fact, it is based on getting a higer level.

... okay, well the item costs 5000, and the concept is a littttttle like bfly. it's sorta weak, but i think the orb effects will nerf it out. just wanna say that it's really imba, and that there are too many quarterstaffs. just say that it's a luxury item for now. extra profits = this
