AoM on Balanar?

I've noticed that Balanar is a very good ganker and killer. Most of the players using it go for Vlads, SnY, Basher, and Heart. Now, do you think Armlet can be good on Balanar?

that item is only half useful cuz at night it becomes more effective and in morning his atk speed is to slow for aom so imo i dont think so
the only reason why its good for the others is cuz of their skill like huskar if you want damage and atk speed and naix for damage cuz his lifesteal covers it up

and wat war1ock said why is this in armory?
