It may also help if you decide what sort of player you want to be at first, maybe you want to be a hero killer or perhaps a supporter. From that point you can select heroes and play in a way that helps your team, I find helping a player that has a goal a lot easier than helping someone who simply does not want to look bad.

Luna is a noob friendly hero I think. She's the 1st hero I played with against a friend(we were both noobs) and it was: he comes close to hit me, I click the I-WIN-BUTTON(ulti-eclipse) and he dies or I use a Lucent beam and THEN he dies. Still Razor, Kardel, FV(just start whacking and you win),Troll and such are best for noobs. Or just start practicing with one hero, just read guide(s) for him.

Just try to Join games called
apem!!!!!
If you join apem for noobs many times theres some dick "pros" who just like pwning noob players...notice that -apEM <-- Easy Mode!
Second, learn to last hit. Denying can be learnt later.
Dont get 2 orbs, Play with....RAZOR. Easiest hero to play!
Hmm what else... make sure you chech the dotadictionary or what ever it was
(tells you what miss, deny, jungle etc. means)

a melee hero killer would be bara, void, troll, and slarder (the permabashers). niax, sven, and tide (the tanks) and the dpsr mortred (but mortred is pretty difficult for starters IMO)

@topic: play against AI, learn heroes skill and items. Read many guides. Watch gud replays. And keep exercising.

stay acitve on the forum, lots of help is here!
right first fo all, terroblade is hard to sue,some expiriance dplayers have difficulty with him.
i sugegst using lina inverse, the slayer.
she is quite strong, and has some lovely attacks. simple to use but can be veyr strong.

um dun die. get some bracers coz their nice and cheap. um dun die and err... farm and er try kill and er dun die... and er dun post noobie stuff lik this (jk) and er.. dun die. also chk out use the search forum err. no lina is not a noob frendly hero. err razor and sniper is sa is and other heros with simple nukes. also err last but not least dun die. XD.

well if u used terrorblade hes pretty tough to use try playing/ reading guides on heros like rikimaru or lina for like a week then after u get the basics it gets pretty esy when u know the map and know how to juke etc...
