Raijin Thunderkeg? mjollnir or stygian

Lots of people use raijin ive seen a lot but their builds always include a mjollnir or a stygian desolator...
1 on 1
Mjollnir pushes faster since with random chain lighting... and static u can cast wd mjollnir


Stygian desolator can kill faster with armor reduction and massive damage but does the overload still work???

team ganks
Mjollnir can chain lighting but decreases for every bounce but can massive decrease of life


Stygian desolator can waste life and decrease armor great for tanks and slardar.


So which one is better Stygian or Mjollnir???

basically stygian desolator works with overload., you still mini puge the enemy.. its up to you or to the situation

never get mjolnir on Raijin, only get Maelstrom, the eaglehorn is not worth it, maelstrom has the chain lightning and Raijin doesn't need the static charge buff, much better to get Maelstrom than Mjollnir

so Maelstrom vs Deso
I'd go with Maelstrom, cheaper, helps farm, don't need super aspd since you can psuedo chase with Lightning Grapple

agree with folechno to go with maelstorm....it helps u farm and push faster....
if u notice...sometimes when u are chasing a red hp enemy....maelstorm sometimes will chain lightning at the enemy to kill it

i allways go dps build. and maelstrom can stack with different orb effects <3

my build.

1.rush threads. maby in 5mins.
2.maelstrom, but farm for item apart from eagleform first.get eagle after 4th step.
3.hyper stone. yes hyper alone.
4.farm for skadi, start with ultimate orbs first, jst in case you change your mind.
5.if you did cange your mind turn ultimate orbs into linkens sphere.
6.if game continues get a heart or if your really rich butterfly =]

Usually i buy Mjol & Skadi for raijin... and even orchid... it quite sux with orchid... BUT i never play with deso on raijin... I think its useless...

Well, folechno said it all!

i personally prefer Deso because of the projectile and the DPS, but Maelstrom helps better in pushes and farming.

Nah i prefer maelstrom 2 because of his first spell let it trigger a lot.

And i rarely see deso on rajin...orchid is the rajin common item that i see,and it say that it's the best to...
