yasha is more like 40 ms boost if you already have s&y (10%*400 = 40).
It can be worth it sometimes isnt. Still 26.5% Boost from SnYnY is huge.

yes, i sometimes get this on morphling, along with BoT it's like a permanent haste rune, try it, it's fun

also, for grins, i built an sb with euls, sny, yasha, BoT, heart and hilarity ensued, try it!

i dont see the point in wasting another like 2.25k gold and an item spot for this, i mean the ms is nice, but the item spo could be used for musch more important things, idk,

well you should get it for BH
i saw a replay from a guy in mym clan getting BoT,SnY,Yasha,plus the track that he has gives him a 20% ms boost that means full speed while your oppenents is slowed by maim. Laughing
