Riki's illusions don't get invis at all?

As for the heroes that should get Manta, I'd probably go with Naga, PL, and maybe Luna.

Great with manta?

I tried Luna with Manta and BOOM! 3 images with moon glaives flying all over the place. You may not get the mana burn orb but its great after you get damage items like butterfly and radiance.

Phantom Lancer, Spectre and Naga Siren. Rarely seen on Terrorblade. Also used on Lifesteal Nevermore. Many lifesteal DPS heroes can also get Manta-Vlads.
