planning to write a guide(abbadon) - need suggestions. guide writers post what u would put in, readers, put want u want 2 c. ty
p.s. im still not sure whether i will write the guide at all, but ill decide depending on how good ur suggestions r(not only that, ofcourse it all depends on how fast i can finish watching naruto, but yeah, ur important 2 )
p.p.s i dont need ur build suggestions, just the general ideas on guide writing

Show different paly styles with him.

Frostmourne + Aphotic
vs
Aphotic + Death Coil (dunno if that's wut it's called.. but the heal/nuke thingy)

Make sure you emphasize all of the changes made to him, show AoE of aphotic blast, and.. I dunno, what else is there about abaddon?

More suggestions below! from different people, of course.

more suggestions above

cover different skill builds, some people worship forstmorne and shield, while others use the shield coil combo (me preference)

cover what buffs can be removed by the shield and by BT

make sure you make it for 6.54b since that is the newest map and his abilities have changed, make sure you try him out on this map as well BECAUSE his abilities have changed

can't really think of any screenshots you could get since his abilities can't be explained by one

cover a support abaddon and an offensive hero killing abaddon (especially the second since most people don't like to play support [and by this I mean pub players])

find out how vanguard works with apothic shield and include that somewhere

include good hero combos, worst enemies, optional items above your core build (unless the core buid has 6 items [which it shouldn't imo])

give it a really good title (I liked "Abaddon..Need I say more" while "Lord of War (Caballo de Guerra)" made me want to flame the writer)

talk about manually triggering BT and whether you should do than or let it trigger at the 400 hp threshold

add axe as a worst enemy since Culling Blade > BT

and wait a day or two, I am making a Guide on How to Make Strat Guides, it will answer your questions about what to put in, where to put it, how to add screenshots, etc

You have to be very very sneaky when bumping a thread, especially if it's been inactive for a long time, as Fole will be more than happy to tell you about.

BKB! zomgroffle, item so jesus with your ult! no spells hit you and no damage cant be stunned or hit! lololol! get 5 DR's and BKB and go kill fountain! teehee!

kay, other than blatantly NOT meaning that, (it's mreo of preemptory flaming ppl who will post item builds bleow eventually), I would, as we both mentioned, really give a good section on how to play caster support abaddon. You may even want to consider having somethign set up like
Early Game:
Build 1 - Caster/Support
blah
blah
build
important info
etc.

Build 2 - Tank
blah blah
different build
special notes for this build
etc

Build 3 - Chaser/Killer/DPS
more of above
but tailored
to this
build

then repeat for mid and end game.
Thoroughness is highly appreciated by all readers and useser of guides
Maybe talk about how to decide on how to play him depending on your allies/enemies? or any other information you want to put in.

that would be a good way to do it, that is how Amp set up his kael guide (I didn't tell you that btw)

OT I'm off to the wonderful world of Hero ideas, Page 9 (or 8, don't remember which) will resurface later

Well, looks like I'm still going to... 8 hour work days, 6 hours spent on DS gives me free time.

Got an idea...Just play with him and get good replays, like coco616's mirana guide. Then take parts of them somehow ).

Formatting is up to you. Following the way Quale made his guide would be exemplary, since.. you know, it's featured and all. But yeh, I was just trying to stress the importance of talking about all the different skill builds.
