surprisingly no, despite having commented on all the item ideas and about 2/5 of the hero ideas

I do have a few I was thinking about, but an all passive hero wouldn't be too fun to play

intresting hero. lower the strength a bit coz he has that skin thing to stop people damaging him. intrestin gank hero as he has dk's tail stun. the 2nd skill is a bit lik aftershock. not imba. after shock u have to cast a spell. this 1 is passive. its fine. plus it has about the same percentage as when u cast ur enchant totum to spam ur aftershock. his skin is a bit too imba. reduce the percentage of it to about 15% or 12% its a bit lik spectres skill and people think thats imba. a small change will be fine. plus it gives armor so its pain enough. the unti is ok. its less anoyin as cw's battery. i think lower the aoe of it to about 600 or somthin. 800 is a bit too big for small people. overall fine. not that bad small touches here and there and he should be a ok. nice job btw. its better here than the other place u were talkin to me about on ventrilo. XD.

take a look at this his items and ideas their very good plus this is for fun. lol. dun ruin the fun for him. XD.

1st spell - gud enough
2nd spell - its like another bash! omg not another permabasher, but anyway i think 2 sec stun is pretty high even with tht high dmg(considering it as a stun).
3rd spell - its balanced
ulti - as every1 else says u could decrease AOE

why is everyone screaming permabasher? he has 1 stun skill and a passive with at most a 16% chance of triggering, void has a much higher chance and he is AGI, meaning he will attack fast, he has an agi gain of 1.7, that is not a permbasher

and yes you could make him into a permbasher but you can make everyone into one (okay maybe not Rylai)

well even if the stun chance is low and it has 3 sec cd, it has a high 2 sec stun and high bonus dmg in an AOE, get 1 butterfly or hyperstone ull be stunning like mad, and with 1-2 craniums u can stun madder than mad.

@bloodcraft haha.. I guess you could do that. I never would though. Like a thousand threads have gone on and on about I am on the side of not getting bashers for heroes with passive stuns. Im guessing your a troll with bashers fan?? Anyway, I think that MS and tank items would be better suited for this hero. If the mods ever post it I would like to see what the DS community has to say.

for one the only thing that i think is imba is that his ulti will activate like every 10 seconds at lvl 4 so ya. u should think about dumming it down to like 1 second without action.

@All. Still no word from the mods. On any of my ideas. I think that maybe I offended one/all of them in some way.

@Topic I think the Ult is ok the way it is. Late game Heroes do not stick around for very long near eachother. So if you stay out of the aura, which will be most of the time, you dont need to worry about it. If there is a big team clash then it will probably only last for 5 to 15 seconds. That means you may get effected by his ult once. Doesnt seem imba to me.

Thanks for the comments. As far as the ult goes we had quite a conversation about that through the thread here and eventually decided that the range should be reduced. What you see now is the product of several modifications.
