Snowpow - The Survivor

Snowpow was born during a turning point for his species. They had always been a reclusive lot, but with the Scourge plaguing the surrounding lands they soon found that there was nowhere to hide. Typically a peaceful group, fully in tune with their frosty surroundings, they decided to take a stand against the horde of undead. Snowpow was too young to fight be was old enough to understand the terrible fate of his family. Older now, and powerful with thirst for vengeance, he has sworn allegiance to any that fight against the Lich King.

Icy Wind ()
Snowpow's stay in the mountains has given him a certain level of control over his surroundings, especially in the arts of snow, ice, and wind. As a result, enemies surrounding him suffer movement penalties and are damaged over time.
Level 1 - 2 dps and 3% slow, 600 AOE
Level 2 - 4 dps and 6% slow, 800 AOE
Level 3 - 8 dps and 9% slow, 1000 AOE
Level 4 - 16 dps and 12% slow, 1200 AOE
Stacks with Radiance and all other auras with the exception of Omniknight's Degen Aura, in which case Degen Aura overrides the slow effect. Does not affect neutrals.

Cooldown: n/a
Framework: Same as Razor's Unholy Fervor, except blue instead of yellow.
Notes: Helpful early with the dps, late with the slow...awesome cus of the great range.

Snow Fist (f)
Because Snowpow is always surrounded by snow, he can damage and freeze his opponent by thrusting his fist forward and in effect launching the accumulated snow at the target. Target is frozen for two seconds and recieves 50 damage per second while frozen.
Level 1 - 25 damage
Level 2 - 100 damage
Level 3 - 175 damage
Level 4 - 250 damage
Target can cast spells but cannot move.
Mana Cost: 150
Cooldown: 15
Framework: Skeleton King's Hellfire Blast, except white instead of red.
Notes: will greatly help in chasing ur target

Survivor's Mark ()
Having lived for so long, Snowpow has learned how to take a beating and escape possible death.
Level 1 - 10% chance for a physical attack to deal half damage, 20% chance of an attack (any type) that would normally kill Snowpow to leave him at 1 health
Level 2 - 15% chance for a physical attack to deal half damage, 30% chance of an attack (any type) that would normally kill Snowpow to leave him at 1 health
Level 3 - 20% chance for a physical attack to deal half damage, 40% chance of an attack (any type) that would normally kill Snowpow to leave him at 1 health
Level 4 - 25% chance for a physical attack to deal half damage, 50% chance of an attack (any type) that would normally kill Snowpow to leave him at 1 health
There's no limit to how often an attack will deal half damage, but Snowpow can "cheat death" at most once every 5 seconds.

Notes: for those of you who say "OH! This is SOOO IMBA!!!"...you're wrong, Void's backtrack is actually better than this...

Hypothermia (h)
Snowpow creates an extremely cold area around himself, inducing hallucinations for those affected. As a result, all heroes in a 2000 AOE of Snowpow take on the image of Snowpow himself. Enemy heroes see the affected heroes as exact duplicates of the original Snowpow. Enemy heroes, creeps, and towers (not fountain) treat affected heroes as enemies. Allied units see and treat everyone affected as they normaly would with the exception of a blue orb that will appear over all those affected.
Level 1 - Lasts 4 seconds.
Level 2 - Lasts 6 seconds.
Level 3 - Lasts 8 seconds.
Level 4 - n/a

All Snowpows will have 120 attack range and appear to have the same auras as the original, however these auras will not actually have any effect.
Enemy heroes will not be able to see the inventory of affected heroes unless it's their own.

Mana Cost: 150/200/250
Cooldown: 140/120/100
Framework: For enemies: affected heroes appear in the form of Snowpow For allies: affected heroes have a blue orb over their heads
Notes: meant to create mass confusion for enemies, prevent massive pushes, and assist in ganks of multiple heroes
