maaaring ituring na Salita ng Taon ang isang salita, bago man o luma, na nakapukaw sa pambansang guniguni o nakaapekto nang malaki sa mga usaping pampolitika, panlipunan, pang-ekonomiya, at iba pang aspekto ng buhay-Filipino sa loob ng nakaraang isa o dalawang taon"

nah..it's like creating a word that are familiar to almost all filipinos but cannot be find in filipino dictionaries. These words should also have importance and impact in our lives.it can also be a foreign word but should have a different meaning to us.just like these words..
