Replacing your own skin with that of a living demon is a goal most couldn'r even conceive of, let alone consider. But this ghastly fate is exactly what some spellcasters seek in their desperate quest.
The Ritual of Bonding is a blasphemy that was long ago eradicated from most arcane libraries, but a few barely legible copies-- or atleast references thereto-- survive along with promises of great power. Spellcasters who happen upon such documents can choose to destroy or ignore the find, but the temptation has already occurred. Those who give in can eventually stumble upon the complete ritual, usually through extended contact with one or more summoned fiends that are all too eager to share their terrible knowledge.
The Ritual of Bonding is painful and not to be undertaken lightly. The ritual requires atleast a day from initiation to completion and once begun, nothing can halt its process. The fiendish essence consumes the caster's own skin; an agonizing process that often leaves them half-mad when it is over.
Unless more people participate, Bard Man may suspend these after October. Atleast until you all get your heads back in the game.

Hmm, I didn't get the whole thing. You don't give us any clues that our hero is able to use the ritual of Bonding.
You mean that he revealed it's secrets, can now use it and we should make this hero? I like it as an idea if it is so, I already have somthing in my mind.

Beren Elensar - Acolyte of the Skin
Range: 400 | Move Speed: 285
Primary: INT
Str: 17 + 1.6 | Agi: 15 + 2.1 | Int: 20 + 2.6
Damage: 45 - 51 | HP: 473 | Mana: 260
HP Regen: 0.76 | Mana Regen: 0.81
Attack Speed: 1.40 | Armor: 1.5
Once a mage from the academy of the blood elves in quel`danas, he was thrown out because of his interest in the dark ritual of bonding. This ritual makes the skin of its summoner disappear and replaces it with the eternal hull of a demon.
Sense (N/a)
Being blind since his Dark Ritual, Beren needs to sense his enemys with his skin
Level 1 - Increases sight range by 600 day and night
Level 2 - Increases sight range by 1000 day and night
Level 3 - Increases sight range by 1300 day and night and gives the ability to see enemies behind obstacles (behind trees/on higher levels) in a radius of 700
Level 4 - Increases sight range by 1700 day and night and gives the ability to see enemies behind obstacles (behind trees/on higher levels) in a radius of 1000
this skill is automatically chosen when you pick/random the hero increasing it will increase you vision range, which would be without it 0
Mana Cost: N/a
Cooldown: N/a
Framework: Like a statbonus but on you vision...and like zeus ulti but if an enemy comes near you...
Notes: max this out asap otherwise you have a very low sight range and you also get an anti gank tool
Demons Alley (D)
Beren rips off a part of his own skin to create a path which fills the hearts of his foes with fear, making them unable to breathe and scream. For every 50 range he loses 5% of his current hp.
Level 1 - Silences and Stops regeneration through Lifesteal or regeneration items for 5 seconds
Level 2 - Silences and Stops regeneration through Lifesteal or regeneration items for 8 seconds
Level 3 - Silences and Stops regeneration through Lifesteal or regeneration items for 10 seconds
Level 4 - Silences and Stops regeneration through Lifesteal or regeneration items for 13 seconds
Targets a point in max. 600 range to which the path is made.
Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 60
Framework: It is a bit like Rikimarus smoke screen but it also stops Regeneration and lifesteal for the cost of the evasion.
Notes: I made the cd 60 seconds to prevent abuse, because it is only 100 mana...but you pay with your own hp so you dont spam it either...
Clone (C)
The Acolyte peels of his skin to build the demon which was once the owner of his hull, leaving himself just as a soul but unleashing a monster.
Level 1 - Rips away 90% of the current hp of the Acolyte, creating a demon with 1600hp and 30-40 normal damage if casted with less than 75% maximum hp the hp and damage of the summon are halved.
Level 2 - Rips away 90% of the current hp of the Acolyte, creating a demon with 1900hp and 35-45 normal damage if casted with less than 50% maximum hp the hp and damage of the summon are halved.
Level 3 - Rips away 90% of the current hp of the Acolyte, creating a demon with 2200hp and 40-50 chaos damage if casted with less than 25% maximum hp the hp and damage of the summon are halved.
Level 4 - Rips away 90% of the current hp of the Acolyte, creating a demon with 2600hp and 40-50 chaos damage no penalty if casted with less than maximum hp. Has 2 inventory slots
this is you little minion. You could summon him right on level 2 but you loose quite a lot hp
Mana Cost: 190
Cooldown: 40
Framework: a bit like syllabear but you dont have the return...although you loose precious life and if casted on low hp you dont get the full power
Notes: Ms of the demon is always 340ms.
Nonagram (g)
Being once a blood elve, he is able to build a strong magical field which sets the mind of his enemys in eternal flames.
Level 1 - Enemies inside the field take 50 damage per second and get 30 damage extra for every unit which dies in the field. aoe is 225. lasts 5sec.
Level 2 - Enemies inside the field take 75 damage per second and get 40 damage extra for every unit which dies in the field. aoe is 250. lasts 6sec.
Level 3 - Enemies inside the field take 100 damage per second and get 50 damage extra for every unit which dies in the field and 100 damage for every hero.aoe is 300. lasts 7sec.
Level 4 - Enemies inside the field take 110 damage per second and get 60 damage extra for every unit which dies in the field and 120 damage for every hero.aoe is 325. lasts 7sec.
Mana Cost: 200/300/400/500
Cooldown: 50/60/60/50
Framework: a Nonagram would appear at the area casted. All units inside would have green flames on them
Notes: your Ultimate which is the only skill to kill with...due to the bonus damage when a unit dies.

Vorta Nehalem - Acolyte of the Flesh
Range: 100 | Move Speed: 270
Primary: INT
Str: 16 + 3.4 | Agi: 15 + 1.2 | Int: 22 + 1.5
Damage: 50 – 65 | HP: 454 | Mana: 286
HP Regen: 0.73 | Mana Regen: 0.89
Attack Speed: 1.48 | Armor: 1
Long ago, Vorta was a court mage of King Leoric when he still had his sanity. The Archbishop Lazarus was not the only one making deals with the damned as Diablo awoke underneath Tristram. Before the Archbishop was killed by the great hero, he wrote down many of the things he learned from the Lord of Terror. Among these unholy scrolls was the secrets of the Ritual of Bonding. After the Death of Leoric, the Defeat of Diablo, and the salvation of Tristram, the catacombs were further explored, where the demonic scriptures of Lazarus were found. After the hero left and the demons returned Vorta made his move. He made a deal with one of the demons, was brought to the burning hells, and was granted power for his eternal service. His first duty... Aid Nher'Zuul in the destruction of the World Tree... And then destroy him. The Lich King knew not to fully trust this servant of Hell, but he would make for a perfect pawn until his conquest was complete.
Devil's Hide
Vorta has gone past the point of no return. Having performed the Ritual of Bonding with an elder Pit Fiend known as Toz'yex, his physical form has been enhanced and adapted to increase his attributes, but the agony of having his own skin eaten away has cost him a portion of his sanity and unlocking the full power of his demonic flesh takes a heavy tell on him.
+2 STR +3 AGI +2 AMR -4 INT. When activated, grants +25% damage.
+3 STR +6 AGI +4 AMR -6 INT. When activated, grants +40% damage.
+5 STR +9 AGI +6 AMR -8 INT. When activated, grants +55% damage.
+8 STR +12 AGI +8 AMR -10 INT. When activated, grants +70% damage.
Stat changes are passive. Damage increase is not. This skill is chosen automaticly when Vorta is chosen/randomed.
Cost: 10/20/30/40 Mana & 10/25/40/55 HP per second.
Cooldown: 3
Great power, but the INT score penalty makes you not wanna rush leveling this up.
Glare of the Pit
Vorta's appearance has been drasticly altered. No longer does he look human; merely humanoid. A twisted mockery of human form that instills fear in all who gaze upon him and freezes those he sazes back at with such terror, they lose a portion of their own sanity for a moment.
1 second stun -4 to INT
2 second stun -8 to INT
3 second stun -12 to INT
4 second stun -16 to INT
INT loss lasts 10 seconds.
Cost: 95/105/115/125 Mana & 60 HP
Cooldown: 15/13/11/9
No damage, only what is stated above. Single Target.
Fiendish Resistance
The very nature of his demonic flesh makes Vorta more resiliant to both magic and mundane harm. In a way, it is a natural armor, but to maintain it requires him to sacrifice a portion of his entire reserve of mana.
12% magic resistance. 9% Physical Damage Reduction. Permanently reduces Mana Pool by 10%
15% magic resistance. 11% Physical Damage Reduction. Permanently reduces Mana Pool by 13%
19% magic resistance. 14% Physical Damage Reduction. Permanently reduces Mana Pool by 17%
24% magic resistance. 18% Physical Damage Reduction. Permanently reduces Mana Pool by 21%
Passive
Can you say 'Tank'?
Demonic Symbiosis
Vorta and Toz'yex. Vorta has bonded so well with the fiend's skin that it's hard to tell if Vorta was ever human to begin with. His body has completely fused with the supernatural flesh, giving him speed to rival any lesser demon and some greater ones, but the fusion costs Vorta his soul, his humanity, and with them a portion of his health.
+15% ASPD +10% MSPD. Permanently reduces Max HP by 7%.
+13% ASPD +15% MSPD. Permanently reduces Max HP by 15%.
+45% ASPD +20% MSPD. Permanently reduces Max HP by 15%.
(With Scepter)+60% ASPD +25% MSPD. Permanently reduces Max HP by 30%.
Passive
Run. The -bleep-. Away.

hehe perfect synergy with obsidian destroyer...but also obsidian would destroy him because of the -int of 1st ability...I love your stories, but they are so extraordinary long...I think his ulti is too weak...think about troll warlords...at the end warlord can be in ulti almost all the time...your hero is but to a too high price, imo 40% is a unbelivable high price...but then there is the 3rd skill which reduces damage taken...it could actually be viable to not choose the ulti at the start because your hp would be to low...an you could tank

Exactly. Fiendish Resistance and Glare of the Pit are the two skills you wanna max out first. The ult you should hang back on until you have a better STR score. Maybe get the first level for the sake speed at level 6, but no more than that till you have atleast a Reaver and a Vanguard.
Bard Man pay consider buffing it... But it's not likely.
Devil's Hide should be increased slowly as well. The Damage boodt is nice, but damn will it burn up your health. And yeah, the negative points to INT hurt you real bad if Harb's your enemy.

Max HP reduction is way too much, I mean I understand the bonuses but it is way too low. You have to rush damage items on this hero due to having a craptastic damage and int increase which makes your ulti unusable until you get your second high build item (I would go MKB/deso and HoT on this hero) which is very long and movespeed is more important mid game rather than late game due to chasing elements.
(Just noticed First skills attack increase)
That skill can actually be gotten early game but the other skills are more compelling than that. You wont be able to sustain that up very much and the 50% attack makes your attack normal, not good. Without nuking spells, it is again useless.
I think I'll give a try, but I'm also trying to finish Coreth. Hmm . . . Hard desicion.
