Story:
This golem loves fire that he can make its body into oil then[/b] spill it everywhere.This golem burns many village that he also burn all living things that live in the villages.No one can stop him unless someone can control him.

Bathes opponents in a designated area with a liquid that burn through life itself.
Level 1 - Dmg. 75,no armor count and deals 75 more if opponents casts a spell.
Level 2 - Dmg. 90,no armor count and deals 90 more if opponents casts a spell.
Level 3 - Dmg. 130,no armor count and deals 120 more if opponents casts a spell.
Level 4 - Dmg. 230,no armor count and deals 170 more if opponents casts a spell.
Mana Cost: 100/130/160/190
Cooldown: 25/22/19/16

Ciyanix is a flammable matter, when he is attacked or the other way around the splashes his traits to whoever he attacked/attacks him, when he buffs up he flares up burning everything flammable around him.
Level 1- 12 attacks before flare, damage 50 to opponents and will splash and increases Ciyanix regen by 5 for 5 seconds.
Level 2- 10 attacks before flare, damage 65 to opponents and will splash and increases Ciyanix regen by 8.
Level 3- 8 attacks before flare, damage 85 to opponents and will splash and increases Ciyanix regen by 8.
Level 4 -6 attacks before flare, damage 85 to opponents and will splash and increases Ciyanix regen by 13.

In the level 2,3 and 4 the regen lasts 3 seconds.
Mana Cost: 75/90/105/125
Cooldown: 30/25/20/15
Framework : When Ciyanix will be attacked he spills some oil to the enemies that attacked him;then,when the attacks will go beyond he will flare up his body and burn those who attack him.

Ciyanix is a liquid like being that if harmed his next attack can be a strong as the attack he received.
Level 1 - 6% chance to return.
Level 2 - 9% chance to return.
Level 3 - 12% chance to return.
Level 4 - 16% chance to return.

Ciyanix still part Golem, he can outgrow his chemical form into half-golem increasing strength and will be invulnerable of spells. (Lasts for 5 seconds).
Level 1 - +300 hp, and has 1 bonus armor.
Level 2 - +600 hp, and has 3 bonus armor.
Level 3 - +900 hp, and has 4 bonus armor;critical 15% chance for x1.75 more damage.
Mana Cost: 190/230/270
Cooldown: 75/65/55

the regen in the 2nd ability is too weak...its 39 heal and 85 aoe damage for 125 mana...that is more mana than pulse nova but less damage...and the 16% chance to return is quite good...e.g sven crits you with divine+dd+GS so HE receives 2250dmg...Oo

Story need serious work. Doesnt sound like a DOTA hero to me. Sounds like a Neutral Creep.

Dude.. If you want them to get aproved then you should make a good story for them. People always underestimate the story but that is half of the hero. Every play a game or read a book or watch a movie that had a hero with a piss ass story?? I have, I didnt like it.
