STORY:
Ones a guard in heaven but when he is exhausted.He wants to be the king of all.So the angels sent him in hell to be the king of hell.So, he make sure that he would kill all living things that move.

Skills:

Poison Point (T)
Fires a large number of arrows that poisons enemy and slows them at a time.
Level 1 - 15 damage every arrow and 2% slow.
Level 2 - 30 damage every arrow and 5% slow.
Level 3 - 45 damage every arrow and 7% slow.
Level 4 - 60 damage every arrow and 10% slow
Mana Cost: 20/15/10/5
Cooldown: 5/3/1/0
Framework: Swifting arrows will showers the enemy down and poisons them easily.

Night Impulse (G)
Using the nights power.He makes hes enemies blind that they can't even see the light of the moon.And has 20% chance damaging the enemies.It has ministuns every impulse.
Level 1 - 9% blindness, 95 damage,jumps 3 times;0.1 ministun.
Level 2 - 16% blindness, 135 damage,jumps 6 times;0.40 ministun.
Level 3 - 23% blindness, 175 damage,jumps 9 times;0.60 ministun.
Level 4 - 30% blindness, 215 damage,jumps 12 times;0.95 ministun.
Mana Cost: 90/120/150/180
Cooldown: 20/15/10/7
Framework: There will be dark skies at the top of the nearest opponent that every hit can stun the enemy.

Pentagram (E)
The ArchDevil will unleash his great power;hits an arrow in the ground then unleashes the devils sign;that cuts all the veins of its enemy dealing severe damage in a long time.
Level 1 - 90 damage, 10 damage lasts 3 seconds.
Level 2 - 120 damage, 15 damage lasts 4 seconds.
Level 3 - 150 damage, 20 damage lasts 5 seconds.
Level 4 - 180 damage, 25 damage lasts 6 seconds.
Casting time is 3 seconds.
Mana Cost: 120/135/150/165
Cooldown: 40/30/20/15
Framework: He'll shoot the ground with arrow then the pentagram rises up.

Devils from hell will give him big armor to fight against his opponents;Has the chance to entangle the enemy around him;If life is short,it will be automatically activate.(passive)
Level 1 - Grants 100% armor lasts for 3 seconds;15% chance entanglement;below 200 hp
Level 2 - Grants 200% armor lasts for 5 seconds;20% chance entanglement;below 300 hp
Level 3 - Grants 300% armor lasts for 7 seconds;25% chance entanglement;below 400 hp

Framework: There will be an evil aura colored mixed dark red and black and bats and spirits that will surround and protect him from any attacks....for the entanglement, under any organic unit near him,there are roots that will overgrow around those targets and prevent them from moving anywhere while the entanglement is effective...this will automatically activate in this authorized turn.

lol dude 300% armor thats pretty much 3x armor lol kinda rigged if u ask me. and uh i think u need to make the story and theme of your hero more noticable. ya know. check out mine for some ideas.

ughhh.. Story needs work. This has nothing to do with Dota. Looks like a bible story.

1st Skill: Over Powered. Need a muck larger CD and mana cost... Or decrease the damage, the slow is fine.

2nd Skill: Is blindness just a chance to miss?

3rd Skill: Horrayyy!! A good skill. I like it. Keep it. Goes well with the theme isnt overpowered and looks cool.

Ult is a weak version of Abaddon. Please change.
