Ok so here goes: I don't know if i can explain this right. I've seen on the internet some players that have a custom interface. Example:when they host the picture displayed is not the one with snow and all these things. I've seen someone that displayed terrorblade.

To give you a better idea, i found a picture in this site that i think is the same thing

See the picture behind? Some people change it.. I wanna know how it's done!

Hm, and what is wrong with default interface, I don't think you can change this if you have an original Blizzard's w3...

There are some unofficial updates/patches, witch changes the background.
I either dont know how its done exactly or where can you find them.

Looks vaguely like Reign of Chaos. At least the sort of thing they'd have, since I never used Battle.net on RoC but went straight to TFT (so I don't know).
