[My 3rd Hero Idea] - Zan - The Fire Lord

“The Fire Lord”

Story:
Zan was born on a small valley at Panderia. He grew as cunning warrior and has the ability to manipulate fire effortlessly. He fought alongside with Chen Stormstout during the massive invasion of the Scourge on Panderia. He fought fiercely but had been defeated and was captured by the enemies. He was then brainwashed and controlled by a powerful wraith. On his return to his land, he was warmly welcomed by the people. Little that they know, the Zan that returned to them was no longer the Zan they met before. One night, the valley where he had returned was scorched down by flames. After that incident he vanished and was seen again fighting alongside the Scourge and becomes one of the most formidable enemy to be feared with.

Primary Attribute: Agility

Stats:
STR = 14 + 1.65
INT = 14 + 1.90
AGI = 25 + 2.60 = 100 at level 25 including the attribute bonus

Base damage: 41 - 49
Appearance: Fire Panda ( quite smaller than Raijin Thunderkeg)
Affiliation: Scourge

Range: Melee/ 120

Attack speed: 1.47
Movement speed: 305

HP/ Mana: 416/ 182

HP regeneration rate/ Mana regeneration rate: 0.67/ 0.57

Armor: 3
Abilities:

*FIRST SKILL*
BLAZING ARROW (R) (ACTIVE) – Shoots a rod of fire to an enemy which engulfs it with fire.

700 cast range

Level 1 – Stun for 1 second then deals 20 damage for 6 seconds. Gains sight on the afflicted unit for 1.5 seconds.
Level 2 – Stuns for 1.5 seconds then deals 30 damage for 6 seconds. Gains sight on the afflicted unit for 2.25 seconds.
Level 3 – Stuns for 2 seconds then deals 40 damage for 6 seconds. Gains sight on the afflicted unit for 3.75 seconds.
Level 4 – Stuns for 2.5 seconds then deals 50 damage for 6 seconds. Gains sight on the afflicted unit for 5 seconds.

Manacost: 55/ 65/ 80/ 110
Cooldown: 11 seconds all levels

Framework: Gaining of sight to the afflicted unit and the damage per second activates AFTER the stun has ended.
The projectile that he throws looks like the projectile a phoenix is throwing or the one in troll warlord’s hand when in rampage. Still reveals units when it turns invisible but is lost when the duration of gaining of sight ends.

*SECOND SKILL*
SEARING EDGE (D) (PASSIVE) – The twin blades that he possesses is imbued with fire that engulfs his enemies in flames when hit.
(Orb Effect)

Level 1 – 10% chance that Zan launches a fire wave dealing 50 AoE initial damage then a fiery path appears and deals 10 damage per second for 5 seconds. fire wave travels up to 200 distance and has 250 AoE.

Level 2 – 15% chance that Zan launches a fire wave dealing 75 AoE initial damage then a fiery path appears and deals 10 damage per second for 5 seconds. fire wave travels up to 250 distance and has 250 AoE.

Level 3 – 20% chance that Zan launches a fire wave dealing 100 AoE initial damage then a fiery path appears and deals 10 damage per second for 5 seconds. fire wave travels up to 300 distance and has 250 AoE.

Level 4 – 25% chance that Zan launches a fire wave dealing 125 AoE initial damage then a fiery path appears and deals 10 damage per second for 5 seconds. fire wave travels up to 350 distance and has 250 AoE.

Framework: His swords gain some fire around it. The fire intensifies as this ability levels up. His enemies get burned when sliced by his swords.

*THIRD SKILL*
FIRE CLOAK (F) (ACTIVATED AND DEACTIVATED) – He engulfs his self with a never ending flame dealing damage to units around him and reducing the damage he receives from spells.

250 AoE.
0.25 second in activating and deactivating skill

Level 1 – deals 20 damage per second. 10% spell reduction.
Level 2 – deals 25 damage per second. 15% spell reduction.
Level 3 – deals 35 damage per second. 20% spell reduction.
Level 4 – deals 50 damage per second. 25% spell reduction.

Manacost for Activating: 35 all levels
Mana drained per second: 7/ 11/ 14/ 17

Framework: Zan is engulfed with red flames dealing damage per second to enemies around him. Spell reduction will only take effect if Fire Cloak is activated.

*ULTIMATE SKILL*
RISING RAVE (E) (ACTIVE) – He slashes through his enemies dealing heavy damage over time. Searing Edge effects also activates and works dealing additional damage to enemies.

Gains 25% DAMAGE reduction to spells and to attacks. = this doesn't mean that stuns or other status condition duration is reduce...

He can still be stopped if disabled.
He gains maximum speed executing this skill and partly invisible but can still be seen.

Level 1 – deals 100 initial damage to enemies. Deals damage per second equal to the base damage of his Fire Cloak for 4 seconds. 600 distance and 275 AoE.

Level 2 – deals 150 initial damage to enemies. Deals damage per second equal to the base damage of his Fire Cloak for 5 seconds. 700 distance and 300 AoE.

Level 3 – deals 225 initial damage to enemies. Deals damage per second equal to the base damage of his Fire Cloak for 6 seconds. 800 distance and 350 AoE.

Manacost: 110/ 140/ 185
Cooldown: 120/ 110/ 100

Framework: Zan looks like running while slashing and passing through enemies in a straight line. After he executes it fire explosion arises from the path where he runs that deals damage over time.

At level 16:
Damage Calculation: (example only)
Level 3 Rising Rave: 225 initial damage + Fire Cloak base damage (25) at level 4 for 6 seconds + Searing Edge damage effect (5) at level 4 = 225 + (50 x 6) + (125) = 650 damage if the enemies walks into the fire explosion path.

Searing Edge effect is times five because it last for 5 seconds.
Searing Edge damage and duration is equal to the level of that skill.

SYNERGY:
BLAZING ARROW + RISING RAVE = combo attack for chasing
RISING RAVE + BLAZING ARROW = combo attack for approaching
FIRE CLOAK + SEARING EDGE = good for money making and dealing bonus damage. Anti regeneration abilities.
FIRE CLOAK = for protection or reduction from spells.
SEARING EDGE = good for damaging enemies.

BUILDS:

*POWER THREADS OF (INT, STR and AGI) = your choice because it benefits him
Agi = damage, armor and attacks speed
Str = hitpoints
Int = mana points

*BATTLE FURY and RADIANCE = for money making and an additional bonus damage. Battle fury is for his mana regeneration. Radiance is for avoiding using Fire cloak so often which drain his mana.

Any Item which raises his HP because he has a low HP

ANY ORB EFFECT ITEMS is not recommended because of his Searing Edge Skill which is also an Orb effect.

*BUTTERFLY = evasion and extra damage.

*ASSAULT CUIRASS = Armor and attack speed.

EYE OF SKADI = for slow and additional HP, Damage, Mana and Regeneration.

*MKB and BURIZA DO KYANON = damage

VLADIMIR’S OFFERING = Life steal


Made a hero good at afflicting damage

I think the skills are very weak, buff them up a bit except the stun. Searing edge lvl 4 in no better than burning spear level 1. Fire cloak immlation is lover than radi WTF? Ulti useess for damage.
