Added alternate 3rd skill.
AoE add per level for Ultimate.
made Alternate Build.
Juris Stormthunder
Range: 100 | Move Speed: 295
Primary: STR
Str: 23 + 2.5 | Agi: 17 + 1.7 | Int: 15 + 1.8
Damage: 45 – 55 | HP: 587 | Mana: 182
HP Regen: 0.94 | Mana Regen: 0.57
Attack Speed: 1.2 | Armor: 2
A descent from the Lightning Order from above to rid the growing threat of the Scourge, Juris Stormthunder will crush his enemies to the ground, and it will only take him a matter of time to do so.
PROS:
Good team player and farmer
Versatile hero
Good pusher
Late game killer
CONS:
Slow starting movespeed
Low mana gain for his spells
Weak against ranged heroes or disablers
Low starting armor and attack speed
Sonic Smash [C]
Juris will launch a powerful blow at an enemy, damaging all other enemies nearby it with a lesser damage. Must be cast at melee range. 300 AoE Spill.
Level 1: 100 damage, 50 damage spil1
Level 2: 150 damage, 75 damage spill
Level 3: 225 damage, 100 damage spill
Level 4: 300 damage, 150 damage spill
Manacost: 85/100/115/130
Cooldown: 30 seconds
A good farming skill. Also useful in turning the tables in a team battle. This is just normal magical damage, affected by armor and magic reduction. Good early game skill.
Pulse of the Veins [R]
Juris untaps a hero's hidden energies for a short while, increasing their dominant attribute by a percentage from its original. Lasts 7 seconds.
Level 1: 11% increase
Level 2: 13% increase
Level 3: 15% increase
Level 4: 17% increase
Manacost: 80
Cooldown: 20 seconds
His, and others', survivability skill. This can help farm better, kill better, or maybe even escape from a near-death situation. Very good at late game.
[Passive] Thundering Outbursts
Every 50 seconds, Juris lets out novas of energy which adds heals allied heroes around him(except him). AoE of 500.
Level 1: 80 heal
Level 2: 150 heal
Level 3: 200 heal
Level 4: 250 heal
I can't think of any for his third skill so this is all I came up with.
ALTERNATE 3rd skill:
[Passive] Thundering Outbursts
At a percent chance when he attacks, Juris lets out novas of energy which damages enemies in an AoE of 300. The more the enemies around him(300AoE), the more the percent chance.
Level 1: 100 damage. 5% chance, +2% stack
Level 2: 125 damage. 7% chance, +3% stack
Level 3: 150 damage. 9% chance, +4% stack
Level 4: 175 damage. 11% chance, +5% stack
So at early game when about 3 creeps(Ghouls or Treants) are near him and he has Level 1, then he has 11% chance to deal 100 damage at 300 AoE. The less enemies near him, the less his percent chance of releasing the novas.
[ULTIMATE] Unleash Your Might! [E]
Juris activates all orb effects or percent chance abilities he has in his items(Critical, Bash, Maim, etc.) onto an area.
Level 1: 75 second cooldown, 300 AoE
Level 2: 65 second cooldown, 400 AoE
Level 3: 55 second cooldown, 500 AoE
Manacost: 250
The game breaker!
Why the long cooldown? It is because it is very powerful late game. For example if you had a Buriza and a Cranium Basher when you activate the spell then all enemies within the AoE will recieve an automatic stun and critical.
Core Items:
Sange and Yasha - He has a slow movespeed plus the Maim is a percent chance orb effect that can be synergized with his ultimate. Also has a good AGI & STR gain.
Buriza - Imagine all enemy heroes at 300 AoE recieving a 500 or more whooping damage with his ultimate. Also added up with his first skill, OWNAGE!
Black King Bar - All you need to get up close and personal to those annoying disablers. Also gives extra STR.
Heart of Tarrasque - Extra survivability, winner STR gain and coupled with his second skill will give him IMBAness!
Assault Curiass - Good complement to Buriza.
Power Treads - Added with S&Y is good enough.
Alternate Build:
Cranium Basher - Everyone stunned is a good thing. Make the break.
Buriza - Love the 500+ damage!
Stygian Desolator - Armor Reduction for Buriza. Love the 600+ damage!
Shiva's Guard - I'm not really sure about this. Good synergy with first skill and ultimate. Super good early and mid game.
Heart of Tarrasque - ...
Boots of Travel - Push
Black King Bar- I still think this is better than Blink Dagger

Thats nice, unique skills, I like the third skill that was a great pushing skill... but I think the ulti must be changed to a nuke or stun skill, coz your 2nd & 3rd skill has no killing ability. 1st skill is not that good coz you can only cast it @ melee range & also not that big damage deal...
But still a good Idea (9/10)

I love the ulti!! Very original, I think that your item build is lacking. He should have all ORBS in there! Also, increase the AOE per lvl. haha

nerf 3rd skill or better remake...i love the rest of the hero...the ultimate is imo balanced because you need good items for it..2nd spell is also very good at lategame due to its value esp in lategame...

How about this for the 3rd skill:
Help from above
The lightening order looks after their own. When in need, they provide assistance.
Level 1: Increases damage by 15, armour by 3, lasts 10 secs
Level 2: Increases damage by 20, armour by 4, lasts 10 secs
Level 3: Increases damage by 20, armour by 4, lasts 15 secs
Level 4: Increases damage by 25, armour by 5, lasts 15 secs
Manacost- 55/90/135/180
The herp seems weak early game so this may help.. Its also in synergy with his 2nd skill which if i am right from the description only affects allies and not himself.. Its ur decision, feel free to blast me
