Str: 19 + 1.9 | Agi: 18 + 1.7 | Int: 22 + 2.2
Damage: 46–53 | HP: 461 | Mana: 286
HP Regen: 0.8 | Mana Regen: 1
Attack Speed: 1.4 | Armor: 3

Curse of Haste (C)
Zar'ruul curses the enemies haste. The power to run will turn back at him. Will stun in 4 seconds.

Level 1 - Stuns for 0.002 seconds for every 1 ms enemy runs.
max stun = 2.4 secs
Level 2 - Stuns for 0.003 seconds for every 1 ms enemy runs.
max stun = 3.6 secs
Level 3 - Stuns for 0.004 seconds for every 1 ms enemy runs.
max stun = 4.8 secs
Level 4 - Stuns for 0.005 seconds for every 1 ms enemy runs.
max stun = 6 secs

Note: Works like rupture except stuns for ms ran
Mana Cost: 75
Cooldown: 20

Demonic Memory (E)
Each attack makes a demon in zar'ruul's soul happy, thus feeding the decayer's energy. Zar'ruul's last attack will be multiplied if activated.

Level 1 - Previous attack multiplied by x1.2
Level 2 - Previous attack multiplied by x1.5
Level 3 - Previous attack multiplied by x1.7
Level 4 - Previous attack multiplied by x2

Mana Cost: 50/60/70/80
Cooldown: 12

Eternal Night (R)
In the night, is where the demon monsters reign. Zar'ruul is able to charge his powers in the night.

Level 1 - 5% to refresh spell when casted
Level 2 - 15% to refresh spell when casted
Level 3 - 25% to refresh spell when casted
Level 4 - 35% to refresh spell when casted

Mana Cost: N/A
Cooldown: N/A

Decay (D)
Zar'ruul decays the earth, rotting the corpses and the mud together, to create a deadly stench.

Level 1 - 10 dps/sec, multiply dps by 2 for every ally hero in a 1000 aoe
Level 2 - 15 dps/sec, multiply dps by 2 for every ally hero in a 1000 aoe
Level 3 - 20 dps/sec, multiply dps by 2 for every ally hero in a 1000 aoe

Mana Cost: 90 (20 mps drained)
Cooldown: None
Note: Works like pulse nova.

1st Skill: Good. I like the idea and the numbers work out well. The anti escape/anti gank spell. Best one of the group.
2nd Skill: I dont understand this one very well. If you activate this after you attack someone do they recieve double the last damage you dealt to them?
3rd Skill: I think you need to come up with something new here becuase you dont have a whole lot of spells to cast so it isnt that beneficial.
Ulti: So, this is an active DPS AOE skill sort of like Heart stop only it cost mana??

Hmm, doggie (can I call u doggie? I like it Very Happy), actually the 3rd spell DOES synergise very well with his 2 first spells. I think 2 spells that have 35% chance to refresh is more than enough.

The hero is nice, balanced, but nothing really special. Very nice combo with Bala >Very Happy.

Ok.. I guess it would work ok. I mean it would be sort of like a perma stun type situation... I think that it should refresh all spells when it activates though.

no, too imba. anyway, it's not per attack, it's per cast. and that specific cast may refresh in the night.

So lets say its night time.. You cast your 1st Spell, the 3rd doesnt proc, you cast your 2nd spell, the 3rd does proc... Do both of the spells refresh or just the second one?

Does the mana cost per second in the ulti also increase with allies in the 1000 aoe?? If not it may be imba..

1st skill 3 decimal too imba: max 6 sec = 6/0.005 = stun 1200 times!
lower stun time will be better

1200 is the MS you need to run for a 6 second stun. Dude, they're not going to be stupid and run around while having this curse. And, this effect is only going to activate after 4 seconds. Best to use a kelen's (not required, but as a luxury item) dagger against this hero to save up stun time, or just escaping from him.

Hmmm.. Good point about him being a support hero.. Would be rocking 5v5, but somehow i feel Kelen's wont be as effective against him!

1st skill.. stuns when you run.. its ok since there's no damage dealt.

2nd skill.. is weak.. 2x damage? is weak.. and with a cooldown, its even weaker..

3rd skill.. NAME of the skill is not even close to what the skill does.. plus as some of them have pointed out, you really don't have much skills to refresh.. i mean anyone can survive the stun if they don't move, anyone can survive a 2x damage again..

ULTIMATE: very situational and needs items (BKB, Lothars) to maximize its power.. 1000 AOE is a bit HUGE.. lets say on a 5on5, it deal 20 x 3+3+3+3 = 240 dps.. pretty IMBA with a 20 mana cost per second..

Even if the basic skills are not good, the ULTI pretty much makes this hero OVERPOWERED in a 5on5..
