Pitlord as the best supporter /disable ?

Any1 who use pitlord will notice how fast pl can farm...with his fire skill. No last hitting skills needed.

With his farming skills getting whatever items the team need is easy.

There are many game that int heros need to buy hex or whatever disable....even if the int heros get the hex thier hp is still shyt.

For pitlord, he is a semi tanker, pusher, disable, stunner, slower, hexer. He gets his item fast also.

So in a serious game i don't see why he is not chosen. As the team disable/supporter. For those who thing he has mana problem you are so wrong. Pitlord can easily use refresher and his skills and he still have some mana left.

Need more damage dealing heros in your team?
Pitlord with battelfury, buriza

need long disable?
Pit, fire,
Pit finish then hex
Refresher
Pit, fire
Pit finish and hex again.

yes i know the cd of his skill is fairly low but in 15 sec the hero could have got away.

Early game support...although not very good but if the situation arise, then:

mek/arcane.

I believe many ppl saw shimrr3's skeleton king guide...
If you really try out pitlord's battle build, he can actually replace sk...a more powerfull form of skeleton king. He can also get his items much more earlier than sk.

Go satanic, 2xbattlefury, hex,ac. Which is highly possible to get. Only thing he lose out to sk is the high rate of hp leech..

Lastly pitlord can take on 2 heros at the start means whatever location pl is at, the towers will be safe. 1st item void stone give enough regen to cast firestorm whenever the enemy creeps get near to the tower....basically they will never reach your tower lol.

umm SK has lifesteal and massive crits you know, besides Ressrection...making him a better killer. 1v1 SK could own him

but... i dont consider him the best... Ezalor can out farm pitlord easily and replenish his own mana. Also, Bane, Rhasta, and Dazzle make better support disablers with their skills. alos, by farming a lot with Firestorm, Pit Lord tends to push, resulting in your creeps being in deeper enemy territory which makes it hard for you to stay in that lane.

not the best but in pubs he's alright. in serious games, their are better alternatives. people need a master of one trade, not a jack of all trades

Ezalor > Pit Lord in a battle of farming. It might be biased because I hate Pit Lord because I can't get his ult right. Or use it correctly.

i agree with you that pitlord CAN be cool but if its a serious game theres just SO many heroes that are better than him

anyways as i was saying, like you said about needing a jack of all trades
theres better jacks then pitlord which is probably why you dont see too many people picking him..

dk is probably my favorite versatile tank because he has huge splash in dragon form and and has a stun...i know thats not as well versed in all the categories but a good dk is certainly enough to hold off the enemies

i pick him when im with my friends just for enjoyment

but when playing online i never use him for he lacks a killing skill and its hard getting ganked all the time

he is used quite a lot recently in high level games, and u forgot that he can jungle from the start and baby sit the carry at the same time(pop out of the forest when needed

He has a miniature version of OverGrowth, the ever powerful disable.
With a pretty low cooldown.

That's too good adding that additional damage they take with his 1st and 3rd skills, he's really good as a support.

But that's all he can be.

Radiance Necro Guinsoo build is great on him. He can farm half of those most of the time.

Pit lord is the worst hero in Dota without question. If you say he's a good tank, he's bad... All tanks either have 1 disable that last a long time or multiple disables, and also can nuke. Examples are Tide, Earthshaker, Magnatar, etc. All these have long, multiple stuns that also hurt alot.

If you say he's a good pusher, he's also not good at it. Like stated above, Ezalor can push better than almost all other heroes. Others include Prophet, chen, etc.

If you're going to say that there isn't a Dota hero that can do all the above then your pretty much wrong there. Earthshaker is the greatest support/ hero killer/ disabler/ tank Dota has. Anyone that has ever played ES right or played with a good ES can say that ES can carry, hero kill, push, disable, and basically anything Sh*tlord can do and do it 5 times better.

I got BoT, radiance, vladimirs, bf and had around 3k after 39 minutes in a non-em game with pit lord. He is a good and fast farmer, don't say anything else (we won at 40, that's why I didn't spend the 3k).
