There is the wave hunter with the two sea creatures that is mentioned below
STR: 20+2.6
AGI: 13+1.6
INT: 15+1.7
DMG: 52-68
HP: 450
MANA: 260
MS: 310
Water Control
Since the Wave hunter is normally from the deeps of the ocean,it is faster in water.When he is in water he gains attack speed, and movement speed.
Level-1.When in water he gains a 5% ms, and 20% as
Level-2.When in water he gains a 10% ms, and 30% as
Level-3.When in water he gains a 15% ms, 40% as
Level-4.When in water he gains a 20% ms, 50% as
Pond Maker
The Wave hunter summons a special pond that gives him attack speed and ms, based on water control skill. But this pond also slows opponets ms. The ponds last infinitly but can only have 4 pond's. If a hero dies in the pond it sucks his body to the bottm, and a SeaMonster rises to fight for the wave hunter, but can only travel in water. (thinking the size of crystal maiden's ult for pond size)
Level-1 Slows enemies by 15%,1 creature 500 health 30-50 damage(last for 4 minutes)
level-2 slows enemies by 25%,2 creature's 500 health 30-50 damage (last for 7 minutes)
level-3 slows enemies by 35%,2 creature's 700 health 40-60 damage (last for 10 minutes)
level-4 slows enemies by 45%,3 creature's 700 health 40-60 damage (last for 15 minutes)
Small Wave
The wave hunter shoots a small wave out of his mouth, and stuns and damages a opponent
Level 1 - 100 damage, .5 second stun.
Level 2 - 125 damage, 1.0 second stun.
Level 3 - 150 damage, 2.5 second stun.
Level 4 - 200 damage, 2.0 second stun.
Tidal Wave
The Wave hunter creates a gigantic wave that travels down the river(in the middle of the map), Depending on which side he is closest to is where it starts.Stuns and damages his opponent's.
Level 1 - Deals 350 damage, .5
Level 2 - Deals 450 damage,1.0 stun
Level 3 - Deals 550 damage,1.5 stun

good idea the stun is two long though. think of tide's ultimate does around 400 damage and stuns for 2.2. so if you do 650 damage and 3 seconds stun AOE. that is a very destructive ultimate. its like QOP ulti plus a very long stun.

The abilities that are water related (ie. standing in water) dont really work with dota because there is only one spot (the river) that they are effective... so I would remove that from the hero.
