Anyway to help you all out.
seeing as im the best spectre in the world.
Only get this if you have to take a semi tanking role. as in no big tankers in your team like a axe or a Centaur.
Its not a bad item. just slows your dps down.

I personally don't know of any disablers (other than Furion) who can TP freely to enemy heroes like Spectre can, so I would only get Diffusal instead of manta, but Spectre already has her dagger so the slow isn't needed imo, I'd rather get a better dps item, such as a Radiance or MKB and then tank up some with a HoT, but to each his own

if xD.Matan can buy Manta as a luxury item even before radiance, i dont see why it cant even suck on her.

and even if theres no disable, Manta still can keep enemies running and reflect AOEs.

you`re forgetting about the topic question
it`s a question of logic
if you buy vanguard, damage is blocked,dispertion comes last, and what dispertion does is that it DEFLECTS the damage taken, or, if vanguard blocks damage, dispertion will deflect less damage
CONCLUSION: Vanguard is not recomended on Spectre
if you need the hp, get 2-3 bracers
if you need hp regen, RoH is best, upgrade to hood or perseverance

on spectre i ussaly try to buy manta and mkb as 2 big items :P in early game i always get 1-2 tango and bracer/null deppends on heroes ;p
oh yea and this question was posted coz my friend wanted vanguard and i didnt know will it be good coz of 3rd spell and he didnt know to so i decided to ask xD tnx guys xD
