IMO, call Sand King SK because the other two have OTHER abbreviations we can use. Terrorblade is TB, Leoric is Leo - heck, "Leoric" is easy enough.

Skeleton King is just Leoric
Sand King is Crix/SK/Sanking(:P)
Terrorblade is TB/Teroblade(in our town, we call him that)

tb is terrorblade, all the time

sk is both sand king and skeleton king, and will depend on which on is in the game, if both are if both are in the game then sk is crixalis while skeleton king is leo

The way Im used to refer these in CW draft:

Sandking = SK (hes the SK one)
Soulkeeper = TB
Skeleton = SKK, Skele, SkeletoRRRRRrrr

Actually I prefer saying Skeleton King as Leoric.. Maybe I'll say him KL (King Leoric)

I prefer SK for Sand King. Skeleton King I'll refer to as Leoric or Leo. Soulkeeper is always TB - I don't think I've come across players who really refer to him as SK for short.

SK for Sand King, SK usually for Leoric but if there are two he is known as Leo and people get it. Terrorblade is TB.

I never call soulkeeper sk, i call him Terror, terrorblade, or TB.
I call leoric Leo, leoric, skeleton, or SK if he's the only SK on the game.
I call Crixalis Crix, crixalis, scorpion, or SK if he's the only SK on the game.
but personally, Sand King comes to mind when someone says SK
