Who is the best hero killer?

Yep answer the title in your opinion.

I think Mortred the Phantom Assassin is one great hero killer.
A slow,blink and the deadliest of all x4 critical!

Mortred can wipe creep waves with a few strikes.

The coup de grace kills enemy heroes like a piece of cake.
A mortred with bfury agi treads and helm of dominator can probably do around 600-800 critical damage

best hero killer is uhh troll warlord stuns plus lifesteal= ownage. phatom assassin will also get kill. she can't fight permabashers.

i dont consider late gamers hero killers, i consider them to be heroes like bounty hunter or pudge. late gamers just arent good hero killers till way late game.
