Story-A glowing amulet made and worn by legendary prince Kael'Thas.Its bright green stone increases the power of its bearer's soul.Some says its bearer can control even the time!

Passive-The Courage of Soul
With this ultimate items soul boosting effect,reduces the negative spells' effects by %30.
Effect=%30 spell reduction
Active-Time Lapse
Giving the ability of time control,warps the hero 5 Seconds back in time,reseting HP, Mana, and position. Does not effect cooldowns,gold,and XP.Has 90 second cooldown.2 charges.
Mana Cost=150
Cannot be dropped.

if that item exists then dota heros will become too imba and there will be no point of have the weaver

No way Time lapse is Nerubian weavers ulti and yes, heroes will become too imbalanced and this is too excpensive.

ahh charges...
good idea!

Heres a idea: instead of upgrading the links, rather upgrade something like a soul booster to bring down the total cost for the item.

okay u might have to change some things like stat increase but u can still add the time laps and might even be accepted for dota. w00t

soul booster 3300g
ultimate orb 2300g
Amulet of Quel'Thalas Recipe Scroll 1250g
TOTAL 6850g

alot more affordable and realistic.

u mean copy ultimates?

oh that has already happened with the copy ultimates.
remeber medusa - her ulti is purge and the diffusal blade also allows this ability. :O
