I'm begining to think that the mods hate me and/or my guide, becuase I definitely put more effort into my guide than Moon_Raven did into hers and we needed a good Rylai/Lina guide about the same, I gave her guide a 6, you can check out my comments on her guide

raven having two guides within 30 days... what does he have that others didn't get? high percentage of luck! nah, just fast fingers. but compare to his kael guide, the rylai is somewhat disappointing. i hope moon can update it ASAP.
