Battle net prob.

Guys I need help. I recently installed my Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos and I misplaced my Frozen throne cd. When I try to connect to Battle.net (To download it) it says; "please check with the current version and download the patch" or something like that. What does that mean? Do I have to buy Frozen throne again or do I just have to download another patch? If I have to download a patch, how and where?
