Hmm.. Dear GODLIKE.. Hehe.. Reading helps.. i've been reading alot of strats lately and some is really helpful but some is not really impressive. *note:word of the day = impressive" haha. I want to know how to make a strat here. but literally speaking i have no idea how. and i dont know much about the proper and Accurate attributes of a hero IF ever AND only IF i decide to make my own hero idea. hehe. I have lots of hero ideas but i need some help with the details though. hehe. Thanks to anyone who offers help. Asteeg!

First of all, tips for making guides:
0. To make the guide, access the builder from my strategies page by clicking on the appropriate link.
1. Know what you're talking about. Make guides for heroes you understand how to use well.
2. Make sure you're understood. Write in a way that people will get what you're saying. Be neat. Try dividing the game into individual aspects.
3. Review what you've wrote. Find any errors in typing,or any aspects you missed out on before submitting.

For hero ideas:
0. Link to start is in my strategies.
1. Plan your hero. You can:
a. Flesh out a story/background then establish the character's data, skills, etc.
b. Establish skills, data,etc. for the hero,Then create a background appropriate for it.
2. Be creative. Skills like, deal 300 damage to target isn't very original. Also, make sure your hero isn't like a carbon copy of an available dota hero, with a different name.
3. Establish a balance. No 10 second stuns. No imbalanced stat gains(6.2 is the average total). Instant kill chance, Item/gold theft skills are discouraged.

Don't hesitate to ask for help in making guides/Hero ideas. I'll be happy to help with balancing or other stuff.

Waw. thats very helpful hehe about the hero attributes? im not quite sure how str int or agi goes for stats. whats the minimum or starting? hehe im currently online. Thankees. ^^

It's mostly up to you and the what the hero is supposed to be. STR adds 19 hp per point. AGI adds 1% increased attack speed per point and 1 armor per 7 points(base armor though,is up to the maker). INT adds 13 mana per point. Base stat adds 1 damage per point. Base HP is 150+19*base str. Mana is 12*base int. stat gain distribution is dependent per hero,but most of the time, the base stat gets the most stat gains(except for flavor[ogre magi]or balance[nai'x]). No minimum's really, but having 350 Hp or 80 mana isn't very appealing.

Step by step:
0. this is a STR hero. I'll assume it can take a bit of damage.
1. STR 50. No, because that is equivalent to 150+19*50=1100 Hp. And no one starts with 1100 Hp. Keep it around 20-25 for the average STR Hero.
2. AGI 29. No, though base AGI doesn't have much impact, it does make you start with a faster attack speed. For a STR hero focused on hitting, 18-23 is good enough.
3. INT 40.No, because this will give you 520 starting mana,and no one starts with that much. Average STR heroes get not much int. 13-18 should do.

Note: base damage is decided by you. in case you wanted to set the damage to 50 by using 50 str.

yes.. heheh. it will be alot easier but i have to bare with the company's policy with regards to surfing the net. its actually a good thing surfing this site isnt prohibited. that's why i can surf this site alot. hehe. anyway i pm'ed you already using the pm option here in this site. didnt it show up? hehe
