Strange bug....

I dunno how did this happen, but once I played DotA 6.38, it was 2vs2, I had Aiushta and my mate had Mercurial...We won the match and you know, when the game is over, all units are stopped and about 30 second timer to the end of game starts...Nobody can move,right?But Mercurial could still move!!!!And attack an everything...I was just staring.He was killing creeps,they couldn't move of course.Can anybody tell me how did that happen?

No,no spell. Game stopped and he just moved... It's strange..And if he use spectral dagger would it be possible? But again,no spell...
It's strange cuz in editor you use a trigger "all units stopped" and that means really all units stopped and even though you are God, you can't move..Any other ideas?

This usually happens when the game is stopped and a hero died, so when that hero revives during the stopped time, the hero can still move and attack.

i encountered that one too... mine was trol warlord... before the game ends, i rushed in the well, *i got an aegis* then when i died, simultaneously the game ends, but that was the time when i revived with the help of my aegis, then there, i can freely move!

This also happened to me. All towers, all towers were pushed, including those beside the frozen throne(i was sentinel). All enemy production buildings destroyed, meaning we had MEGA CREEPS. I dunno why, when I teleported in that frozen throne, the game ended and still I was moving!!!!!! WTF OMG AMF this is strange but cool i do it in every game!!!!!!!!
