Book of Retraining-250

GIVES:
Remove all spells and attribute bonuses.Charge-1
(This allows the hero to change his/her learned spells and attribute bonuses, givig him/her the chance to get the spells he/she needs)

NOTE: This item allows the hero to relearn his spells. he can't learn the spells which doesn't fit his level.

the hero can't learn spells which don't fit his level because if he can, at level 1 he can be using his ultimate spell already.
