Archmage's Helm

Archmage's Helm - 6000

Legendary helm that was worn by the great Archmage Sendrion who was actualy an former of powerfull human Arcane magic. But by the fall of the great Archmage, he sealed his own life energy into his Helm, wich is later knowned as the Archmage's Helm. Imbued with its special powers it gives the bearer +25 intelligence, +250 HP, +300 mana, +25% Spell Reduction and ability to cast Silence for 5.0 seconds in 250 AoE.

Requires:
Planeswalker's Cloak - 650
Point Booster - 1200
Mystic Staff - 2900
Archmage's Helm Recipe Scroll - 1250

Gives:
+25 Intelligence
+250 HP
+300 Mana
+25% Spell Reduction
Silence (active)

Effect:
Stops all enemies in a 250 AoE from casting spells for 5.0 seconds.

100 mana cost
30 second cooldown

if i would see this item in dota i would prob use it on a hero with a stun like vengeful, sven, leoric...etcetra, etcetra...
ofc when up against nukers why the hell get it in other cases?
and int heros could get it for the int bonus but why not get aggy scepter instead, and i don´t think 3.25sec is enough for the silence, it´s not really that much..allthough a good item, nice job

4.5..i don´t know, think that both krob and drow have 6 sec, so in that case i whould get 1 of them instead and get other items maybe..:P

i like the silence better now but maybe do it as all enemy heros silenced in 4 sec all map and put the price up like 300-400

Spell reduction is too high. Even Aegis only gives 35%

ye put it up to 300 and lower the spell reduction to at least 25%
