SPEED SUIT

REQUIRES:
*Boots of Travel-2700
*Hyperstone-2300

GIVES:
100 move speed
80% increased attack speed
Activatable Supersonic

EFFECT:
The hero will gain the highest movespeed of 522 and will get 120% increased attack speed. He will also gain 20% Evasion. Duration of 20 seconds

MANACOST: 280
COOLDOWN: 180 seconds

NOTE:
When activated, the hero will move so fast that he will become invisible.
He only becomes invisible when moving, if he is attacking or using a spell he will appear. But if he moves again, he will become invisible again
Can be Purged
Duration reduces by 2 seconds for every stun.
Removes all slowing buffs when activated.
Speed bonuses do not stack
Cannot use this spell if the hero is under the Haste power-up or vice-versa.
Cannot be dropped.
When activated, its user will have 2% chance to miss on his attacks but not on spells. (Spells that increases Miss % stack)

too imba for ANY character since its 20 secs. maybe take treads out and throw in lothars edge since you become invi for 20 secs.
but still, I.M.B.A.

too Expensive, It's as expansive as burize??
Better remove treads and give more ms...

1 thing. It's an active spell right?? So you lose the ability to teleport??
