according to dota-allstars:

heroes has innate 25% magic resistance.

damage reduction stacks with diminishing returns, as described by the formula 1-((1-A)*(1-B)*(1-C)...) where A, B and C are the amounts of spell resistance converted into decimals. several versions ago, one had to acquire the item before the skill in order to stack spell resistance properly, otherwise the item spell resistance would completely override the spell resistance that the skill gives. however, in a recent stealth change, the system was modified so that spell resistance stacks regardless of order of acquisition.

nice list, and if you wanted to go permbach with Kardel, I recommend going for aspd rather than massing MKB, MKB has a shorter stun, and agi items give him armor for EHP, and yes I've tried both ways and the aspd build is much better

so,thaths mean we need to buy the item 1st then we up the skill...example for pudge,we buy hood 1st then we up his magic resistance..like that?

No, it doesn't matter the order that you get the skill and the item. it sued to but doesn't any more.
