I really think that Necro should be in the Suggested Items on rexxar.
That´s the way to own with him ^^'
The MS aura really helps in chasing, and Primal Roah gives the Summons 4 secs to work with you Smile

I'm cringing at the pa build listed there. sny? mkb? mjoll? I've never seen anyone, ever, get any of those items with pa. Most people will go for Bfury, Treads, HotD, Bfly then another Bfury. After that its pretty much over. You'll be getting around 1.7k crits every couple of hits.
