Here's a few i can think of...

1. Keeper of the Light - Illuminate skill
2. Queen of Pain - Scream of Pain skill
3. Morphling - Waveform Skill
4. Doombringer - Devour skill
5. Alchemist - Greed skill
6. Bounty Hunter - Track ultimate

Or anyone with a Hand of Midas item.

There's too many!!!

But IMO these are the best:

-Echo Slam/earthshaker = Use it on a big wave of creeps, and you will gain cash! Be sure there is a hero to serve up a kill ^^
-Sonic Wave/Queen of Pain = Be accurate on timing, and kill and creep kills will be assured.
-God's Strength and Cleave/Sven = Push and Gold.
-Empower and Cleave/Magnataur = Same as Sven.

There are more.... just wait 'till more posts. ^^

Yes heroes with Battle Fury, Radiance, Assault Cuirass get easy money, but of course, you need a lot of money to get these items...

as for the heroes:

Lucifer - Devour for money early game.
Ezalor - Be bowler...Every creep u get equals cash.
Alchemist - Greed with Attack speed means mad money...
Gondar - Hunting for Heroes gives you some easy money...
Tiny - Avalanche and Toss means Farming Skill!
Techies - Hmm..the heroes most likely to kill a tower, and bombs are nasty.
Razor - Money is gained quickly with that Storm Seeker..

But i think best hero for earning easy money..

Magnus - Empower, Mighty Swing, Shockwave, and Reverse Polarity hehehe...Farming Skillz!
