Drew , I've Seen A Few Members of DS That Have 1.21 Patch , But Most of Us Have 1.20e Patch of Warcraft 3 / Frozen Throne.
The Few With 1.21 Patch that i Know Are : ChaosAngel44 , jake-the-mus

Would You Please Suggest this to ScoOobY :

2 Rooms of Dota Strategy
first Room : Dota Strategy Community Room 1.20
second room : Dota Strategy Community Room 1.21

The 1.21 patch has already been up for quite a long time now but GG hasn't adapted to it yet so far. Anyway the change I think the change is very little and I think has no effect on dota.
