Reign the Fallen Goddess

Story
Once the mighty goddess of hatred, Reign had angered the elder gods because of her ambitions. She was banished from hell to wander the living world as nothing more than a spirit until she found a way to possess the living.

Determined to rise up to her former glory and take revenge upon those, who had banished her, she found unlikely allies in the sentinels. In her long journey as a spirit, she was able to find the three souls of her godly ancestry, transformed into weapons: Adon, Kalima and Lordeia.

Reign fuses the three blades together temporarily as she cuts through a straight line attacking all enemies in that line once. The damage increases as more enemies get hit. (i.e. 200 for first hit, 235 for second hit, 270 for third hit). She ends up at her targeted destination and cannot be hit during the processes.

Power Treads – since she is a chase hero, exploit the speed and attack speed.

Lothar’s Edge – because of the low hp, invisibility can help and it is useful for casting Kaloreidon.

Plate Mail – armor, armor, armor!

Sange Yasha – again, to raise hit points and run plus attack speed.

Butterfly – agility and attack speed increase

Monkey King Bar – for the fast attack speed and high damage.

Plate Mail -> Assault Cuirass –for obvious reasons (if match reaches this long.

** may also opt for basher but because of the low life, it will be hard to pull off

Skill Synergy

Dexterity + Adon’s Rage
increases close range combat skills by a lot

Dexterity + Lordeia Blade

Kaloreidon + Adon’s Rage
after getting close on windwalk, unleash Kaloreidon and follow up with Adon’s Rage (to increase survival rate, it is assumed that you are now at the opposite end of the battle.)

Hero Synergy
Not quite sure, seems like a lone hero so any allies are good but I guess mass stun people like leviathan and enigma.[img][/img][img][/img]

comments (on my self)

i actually have some pictures to be attached but don't know how to do it. for your benefit, the character design is basically the "assassin" from the night elf campaign. its not a buildable character but there is in map edit. perhaps just an addition of swords.

i have actually put a lot of thought on the balance of the skills but i'm not quite sure of how balanced it is right now. please, if the problem is with the numbers, just say, too low or too high but if the skills actually suck, then i would appreciate it if it was said directly. =)

the ulti, is kinda hard to explain, i don't know if you'll understand it but its a lot like omni slash except it moves forward in a stright line and can only hit each target once and the number of attacks depend on how many opponents there are on that line as opposed to a fixed amount like omni slash.

this is my first post! wooH!

Actually, i really like her ultimate. I'm still unsure about her 1st skill though, however, i like her 2nd and 3rd skill. Good work. The only problems with balance might lie in the first and 3rd skills, but i'm sure soem veteran members can give you more on the numbers... ^^ Keep it up!

I think this would be a awsome hero, fun to play for sure, maybe up the mana cost after fist lvl of Lordeia Blade atleast 25 per lvl istead of 15 and I don't think the cool down on The Reign Blades should be less than 80 sec

anyway first i thought the adon's rage is overpowered but because of the mana consumption is higher than frozen armor

so i can say it's quite well

the hero is quite ok...

nice hero.. will the ulti work if the enemies to be hit are very close together, like when magnataur uses it's reverse polarity, will it deal a large amount of damage when targeted at the large group of enemy unit's?

it will work but not as well, i think most people will not notice this but its stated there that it has a certain width, 150 i think, so all enemies within the line of 150 width will get hit, but if magna hits his reverse polarity, the enemies will end up in a circular position, right? so not all of them will get hit and the damage will not stack.

but i think there is also an advantage, you will not move as far because u will end up beside your last hit. so you'll still be relatively close to your allies.

a big use of the ulti is to take out nukers at the back, i can imagine because you'll instantly be beside them apart from the initial damage you will deal. but then its disadvantage, you'll be on the other side of the battlefield without support from your allies, but that's where Adon's rage kicks in.
