Story: Hate the Striker this hero can surge massive power from its own weapon dealing imense damage to its enemies its abilities is based on its weapons maneuverability. Hate can Learn Target Fix,Final Blast,Siege Mode,Chain Rocket

Target Fix: This ability strikes a single target dealing 100 damage and stuns for.75seconds. Stun duration increases per level.

Level.1: Stuns for .75seconds
Level.2: Stuns for 1.50seconds

Mana Cost: 95/115/130/145
Cooldown: 18/16/14/12
Range: 500/600/650/700
FrameWork: Hate's weapon releases a Rocket that has a Targeting Point

@chimezone21- siege mode doesnt have a duration u can
deactivate it same as Mana Shield and Pulse Nova but it only stops ur movement and gives you alot of help Wink

.

And by the way Final Blast is a physical attack skill but deals a precise damage Wink
